Mike's made it a hobby to encourage people to try unique foods and flavors for years, so we turned a 15-year-old hobby into a business. Our passion is to intrigue you and your guests by creating a memorable meal. Try our food, you won't easily forget it.

Flying Mango caters to a full range of functions: formal dining to public concession at the local farmers' market – or – white tie to red and white checkered tablecloths. Mustards was founded by Ron Smith in 1971 with the concept of bringing the public a high-quality restaurant where careful attention to detail goes into the preparation of all our products. The barbecue ribs, chicken, beef and pork are all smoked and cooked slowly over apple and cherry woods to seal in their naturally sweet juices and flavor. This, combined with our secret original, "rib-tickling" barbecue sauce, affectionately known as "the Sauce", makes for an award-winning dining event.
